SunPods Executive Biographies
Dan Jaeger,
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
President
Dan Jaeger knows solar. He was a key member of the construction team on four of California's largest roofing and PV projects: the 1.2-MW array at Tony's Fine Food, 1.1MW array at General Motors in Fontana California, 1.0-MW array for General Motors in Rancho Cucamonga, the 800kW array at the Long Beach Convention Center, and many other solar arrays throughout the state of California. Applying his experience from the solar and construction industries Dan developed more effective solar installation methods.
Working with his long time friend and co-founder Michael Gumm, Dan came up with the basic idea for creating a self-contained solar appliance. As one of the co-founders and inventors at SunPods, Dan is actively engaged in improving existing and creating new technologies and establishing a world class manufacturing line.
